What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is free for orders of $70 CAD or more before taxes. For orders below this threshold, shipping fees based on your delivery address will apply. These fees are non-refundable and are not eligible for any promotions.
How can I change or cancel an order that has already been shipped?
To make any of these changes, please contact us at shop@behy.ca before you receive your shipping confirmation email. If you have already received the shipping confirmation, unfortunately, you will not be able to modify or cancel your order.

Why can't I complete my order after I enter my shipping address?
We ship our products to many regions in Quebec (Canada). At this time, we may not be able to deliver directly to your home. In that case, we suggest you visit one of our retailers that carry BEHY products throughout Quebec.
